Evaluate and approve design changes and document releases.</li>\n<li>Lead and participate in field activities, including site assessments, existing conditions verification, construction administration, commissioning support, troubleshooting, and punch list reviews for highly technical projects and clients.</li>\n<li>Assist in maintaining an environment that supports individual achievement and professional growth of team members.</li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and development of Engineering Standards.</li>\n<li>Review drawings and project documentation to improve quality, consistency, and technical accuracy.</li>\n"
