    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:</strong></p><p>To provide assistance to the IT Networking Department in supporting students and system users &nbsp;by performing the following duties. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)</strong></p><ol><li>Assist with Network Setup and Configuration: Participate in the setup and configuration of network devices such as switches, uninterrupted power supplies, and access points.</li><li>Troubleshoot Network Issues: Diagnose and resolve network problems by assisting in troubleshooting activities.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;</span></li><li>Network Monitoring and Analysis: Learn and use network monitoring tools to observe network traffic, performance metrics, and security events.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;</span></li><li>Assist with Network Security Measures: Participate in implementing and maintaining network security measures, such as network access controls.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;</span></li><li>Perform Documentation and Reporting: Assist in documenting network configurations, procedures, and incidents.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;</span></li></ol><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Education</u></strong></p><p>Bachelor&#39;s Degree from a four-year college or university is required, with preferred education including completion of a relevant degree program such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p><p><strong><u>Experience</u></strong></p><ul><li>Enrollment in graduate courses in a related graduate program at Misericordia University. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;</span>(Maximum 18 credit courses/per academic year)</li><li>Prior leadership or supervision experience is perferred. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;</span></li><li>Strong administrative, managerial, and interpersonal skills and computer competency required.</li></ul><p><i style=\"caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration: none;\" id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><em>(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)</em></span></i></p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
