This position is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the project, ensuring adherence to both budget and schedule.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of ASC construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.</li>\n <li>Establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.</li>\n <li>Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely completion.</li>\n <li>Utilizes pre-construction understanding of operational considerations to consistently assess project risks and formulates mitigation plans as needed. Successfully develops and updates project budgets as required.</li>\n <li>Monitor project costs and take action to control expenses</li>\n <li>Liaise with all 3rd party support, including but not limited to architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.</li>\n <li>Contribute to management of the procurement process, including bid evaluations and vendor selection.</li>\n <li>Manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements, especially all regulatory requirements related to healthcare compliance.</li>\n <li>Stay up-to-date on the evolving regulatory landscape for ASCs, including licensing, accreditation, and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Provide regular updates on project status to senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication between all parties.</li>\n <li>Gather, analyze, and report data for fiscal and statistical analysis.</li>\n <li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills & Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cohesive leadership and project management skills required.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to address issues as they arise.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage the performance of multiple 3rd party contractors at once, ensuring all contractual obligations are met</li>\n <li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education And Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be willing to travel to all assigned locations</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>3+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.</li>\n <li>Experience in construction of healthcare facilities strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<p>We offer a competitive benefits package to our employees:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical</li>\n <li>Dental</li>\n <li>Vision</li>\n <li>401k w/ Match</li>\n <li>HSA/FSA</li>\n <li>Telemedicine</li>\n <li>Generous PTO Package</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We also offer the following benefits for FREE:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Employee Discounts and Perks</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Group Life/AD&D </li>\n <li>Short Term Disability Insurance </li>\n <li>Long Term Disability Insurance </li>\n</ul>\n<p>EyeSouth Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
