With another JLR store in the Warren Henry family, we can provide more options and better service to our customers. </p>\n<p>Sales Consultants build rapport with customers quickly by using their interpersonal and oral communication skills to ascertain the customers’ needs and desires and demonstrates characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles; and converts walk-in inquiries to buyers by closing sales.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision insurances</li>\n <li>Company-paid life, AD&D and disability insurances</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Awesome culture</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.</li>\n <li>Describe vehicle features and explain use, operation, and care to customers.</li>\n <li>Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.</li>\n <li>Compute sales prices and total purchases.</li>\n <li>Maintain updated on product knowledge to be able to answer customer inquiries.</li>\n <li>Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; by greeting walk-in customers; meeting prospects at community activities; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.</li>\n <li>Place special orders.</li>\n <li>Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.</li>\n <li>Updates and maintains product knowledge by taking advantage of training whether voluntary or mandatory. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Authorize to work in the US. </li>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.</li>\n <li>Clean driving record and valid Driver License as this position operates motor vehicles.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work various hours and weekends. </li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills both oral and written.</li>\n <li>Proper email and telephone etiquette.</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable with public communication.</li>\n <li>Intermediate level of competency using Microsoft Office Suite. </li>\n</ul>",
