          "text": "<p>AZZ has an opportunity for an Operations Manager at our Goodyear facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager you will help lead production and maintenance supervisor(s), and supporting staff, providing leadership and expertise that will help drive productivity and customer satisfaction. You will develop great relationships with our team and strive to promote a great culture within our facility. You will have great problem-solving skills and address quality issues at the source to resolve them. &#xa0;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plans, coordinates, and maintains the daily manufacturing operations of the company through subordinate supervisors.</li><li>Collaborates with the Plant Manger to establish short-term and long-term goals, objectives, plans, and policies for manufacturing.</li><li>Reviews operating results of the company, compares them to established objectives, and takes measures to correct any unsatisfactory results. Establishes tools for developing and monitoring job forecasts.</li><li>Provides guidance and direction to carry out major plans, standards, and procedures consistent with company and corporate goals and policies.</li><li>Ensures that company activities and operations are compliant with legal and ethical guidelines.</li><li>Manages facility schedules and staffing plans to meet demand.</li><li>Closely monitors project progress throughout the project cycle and addresses project issues related to warranty, invoicing, and delivery issues.</li><li>Capable of building relationships with supporting staff and able to coach and mentor subordinates to optimize growth potential.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",

Must be comfortable navigating through different software programs.</li><li>Experience in profit and loss responsibility, plant maintenance, and scheduling production <em>preferred.</em></li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>1-2 years of galvanizing experience preferred.</li><li>Prior knowledge of Oracle <em>preferred.</em></li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish highly <em>preferred.</em></li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Education</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree <em>preferred</em>.</li></ul>",
