We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with delivery teams to build out solutions on testing and automation to achieve CI/CD.</li>\n <li>Evaluate the current automation and testing implementations and perform a gap analysis to provide strategic technical direction.</li>\n <li>Lead and mentor a growing team of software quality assurance engineers.</li>\n <li>Design and implement enterprise-wide test automation frameworks using AI-assisted tools.</li>\n <li>Architect cloud-native testing infrastructures for distributed and microservice-based systems.</li>\n <li>Establish testing standards, governance models, and best practices.</li>\n <li>Implement intelligent test data management and synthetic data generation.</li>\n <li>Guide teams in adopting modern testing tools and practices</li>\n <li>Will use exploratory testing skills by understanding related domains, architecture, and requirements.</li>\n <li>A Vital technical tester who will work with large enterprise-class applications</li>\n <li>Focus on quality engineering and keen on continuous improvement across processes, products, and technology.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors degree required</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience with software test automation development.</li>\n <li>2+ years of recent experience working with Cypress and JavaScript</li>\n <li>Extensive hands-on experience with test automation framework architecture</li>\n <li>Recent experience leading QA engineers on test automation best practices</li>\n <li>Proven understanding of CI/CD pipelines</li>\n <li>Must have expertise in automating AI system testing.</li>\n <li>Requires a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; coding using groovy scripts to configure test execution jobs.</li>\n <li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); Exposure to Kubernetes/ docker microservice is a necessity.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience in API integration test automation.
