          "text": "<p>The Boutique Key Holder is the Dior Ambassador and promotes with passion the Dior Maison and Values. As a member of the Dior team, the Key Holder responsible for opening and closing a store, managing daily operations in the absence of management, including tasks like customer service, cash handling, inventory checks, ensuring store cleanliness, security checks, and supervising other staff during opening and closing procedures, essentially acting as a supervisory role when the manager is not present; requiring strong organizational and leadership skills while adhering to company policies and procedures.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><p><u>BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS:</u></p><ul><li>Opening procedures including arriving at store before operating hours to deactivate security systems and preparing store for the day&#xa0;</li><li>End of day closing responsibilities such as counting cash, completing sales reports and activating security systems&#xa0;</li><li>Acting as team supervisor when management is absent from the store&#xa0;</li><li>Train new employees, delegate task to Beauty Consultants, monitor staff performance and assist with any staff queries throughout the shift&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure the boutique remains clean and organized, including tidying Visual Merchandising displays and addressing any maintenance issues&#xa0;</li><li>Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Demonstrate immaculate personal grooming standards in accordance with the Dior grooming guidelines, inclusive of wearing the Dior uniform.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Frequently handle, lift, and move merchandise safely&#xa0;</li></ul><p><u>SELLING DIOR:</u></p><ul><li>Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper&#xa0;</li><li>Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method:&#xa0;<ul><li>Display the ultimate in Dior hospitality. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping&#xa0;</li><li>Connect with authenticity. Identify and understand clients'</li><li>needs through the art of conversation&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers including makeup, fragrance and skincare. Offer the right service and conduct it perfectly. Propose complementary products within category and cross category. Offer a global fashion beauty approach&#xa0;</li></ul></li><li>Communicate passionately, always share Dior storytelling and educate clients on the brand and products&#xa0;</li><li>Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly &amp; monthly basis.
