  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong><br>Essentials Job Duties:<br></strong><br></div><div><!--block-->As a Maintenance Helper team member, you may be assigned to any of the following functions as needed per production and staffing needs:</div><ul><li><!--block-->Shovels sand from pits using flat edge shovel</li><li><!--block-->Sweeps and cleans designated areas</li><li><!--block-->Uses push broom, sweeping dust and debris from assigned areas and discard into waste receptacle</li><li><!--block-->Removal of waste sandbags from designated areas</li><li><!--block-->Operation of forklift after obtaining certification, operate forklift to transport waste and product</li><li><!--block-->Ability to take direction from supervisor; understanding temperatures controls; assisting with the cleaning/maintaining furnaces ladles</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong><br>Required Skills:</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Requires standing up to 10 hours per day</li><li><!--block-->Repetitive use of both hands and feet up to 10 hours per day</li><li><!--block-->Constant awareness of surroundings</li><li><!--block-->Requires some pushing/pulling/lifting (up to 50 lbs)</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong><br>Benefits &amp; Compensation:</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Standard shift Monday-Friday</li><li><!--block-->Offered Over Time</li><li><!--block-->Sundays off</li><li><!--block-->On-site nurse</li><li><!--block-->Health benefits, on-site nurse, 401k and Paid Holidays after 90 days</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>ASC Engineered Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
