    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Cottage Medical Group seeks a <strong>Medical Assistant Training Specialist </strong>for their Ambulatory Quality and Education department responsible for&nbsp;providing and coordinating education related to the Ambulatory Services. Functions as a consultant and resource for education, role development, building collaborative partnerships, and research through evidence-based practice/quality improvement, remedial training, orientation/onboarding of new hires and competency management. Responsibilities include communicating with staff and leadership to identify training needs and map out development plans for teams and individuals.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n<p>All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\">\n <li>Minimum: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant or LVN program.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\">\n <li>Minimum: California LVN License or MA Certification. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Technical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\">\n <li>Minimum:&nbsp;Electronic Health Record skills; Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills. Successful completion of CottageOne credentialing program for all relevant applications within 3 months; AV applications; ease with technical applications such as search engines, online collaboration tools, and websites.</li>\n <li>Preferred: Simulation experience; Epic EHR experience; Learning Management System experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Years of Related Work Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\">\n <li>Minimum:&nbsp;1 year of recent experience in healthcare training, learning development, or education leadership.</li>\n <li>Preferred: Experience in a high-performing, patient-centric urgent care or clinic setting in an educator role.</li>\n</ul>",
