Let’s change the game together.</p>\n<p>The <strong>Design Engineer </strong>will apply knowledge of engineering principles, design methodologies, industry practices, and standards to deliver high‑quality aerospace design solutions while assuring procedural and configuration‑control compliance within assigned engineering project teams.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create solid models in CATIA V5 for aerospace components</li>\n <li>Generate detailed drawing packages and layouts</li>\n <li>Perform model release activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance</li>\n <li>Check and review drawing packages and layouts</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Integrated Product Team (IPT) members to resolve design issues</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a strong work ethic and sense of urgency for completing work assignments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural, or closely related field)</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Engineering degree must be ABET-accredited and recognized under the Washington Accord</strong></li>\n <li><strong>10+ years of aerospace engineering experience (Boeing product experience strongly preferred)</strong></li>\n <li><strong>5+ years of defense experience</strong></li>\n <li>Expertise in structural and mechanical design for aerospace applications</li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>Boeing Defense</strong> design standards, templates, and release processes</li>\n <li>Proficiency with <strong>CATIA V5</strong> and related <strong>CAD</strong> tools</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of <strong>FAA r</strong>egulations and aerospace standards</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation</li>\n <li>Proven background working with primary and secondary structural designs on defense or military aircraft</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p>At Expleo Group USA, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration.
