font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Source FF&amp;E items globally, including both bespoke and off-the-shelf solutions, aligned with each project’s concept and design vision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Build and maintain strong vendor and artisan relationships across diverse sourcing markets (Europe, Latin America, Middle East, etc.) as per Scorpios business needs and locations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage the full procurement lifecycle: from request for quotation and sample approvals to order placement, logistics coordination, and delivery – in alignment with local teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and value engineering options where necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and maintain procurement schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure items reflect technical and aesthetic specifications, for all Scorpios locations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Oversee shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and installation logistics across multiple regions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct on-site visits during key project phases to oversee FF&amp;E installation, verify quality, and address last-minute changes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Establish standardized processes and procedures for supplier audits and quality assurance to maintain consistency across all items sourced.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create supplier performance dashboards and post-project procurement reports to support future design and sourcing decision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain detailed procurement logs, budgets, and cost tracking reports for scorpios leadership and procurement/development departments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support invoice validation and financial reconciliation with Finance team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure that all procured items meet Scorpios’ standards for quality, materiality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of interior design principles and material specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with international suppliers and managing global logistics</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and procurement tools (e.g., Fohlio, SpecSources, or equivalent)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
