    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION</strong></p><p>The Business Analyst serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into actionable requirements. This role is responsible for working closely with the customer and channel business owners to guide the ongoing development and enhancement of Horizon product features, supporting the delivery of solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and value. This role will support the Horizon platform, ITA&#39;s/HTK&#39;s multi-tenant SaaS application for running customer and channel engagement, loyalty and incentive programs.</p><p><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Translate business or system needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand up, refinement, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Set and communicate realistic timeline and scope expectations for new development in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Track project progress and communicate scope changes, risks, and issues to stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance standards, and best practices&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Create and/or maintain documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and use cases</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Support change management efforts, including training and documentation</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Become a Subject Matter Expert in the Horizon platform, able to effectively communicate what the platform should do and how program rules are implemented within the system</li></ul><p><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Five or more years of combined experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master or similar role</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria and working with development teams</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Familiarity with Agile methodologies</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Proficiencywith tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence or similar</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience in customer loyalty and/or channel incentive programs</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience with relational databases such as SQL</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Certification such as CSM, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or other agile-related certifications</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ability to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers&rsquo; needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>ABOUT ITA GROUP</strong></p><p>ITA Group is an employee-owned engagement and loyalty company that provides data-driven solutions designed to uniquely motivate and inspire our clients&rsquo; employees, channel partners and customers.
