Transform lives. Start your journey with E-Therapy today!</p>\n<p>Position Overview:  We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.</li>\n <li>Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.</li>\n <li>Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings.</li>\n <li>Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development.</li>\n <li>Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.</li>\n <li>Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.</li>\n <li>Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.</li>\n <li>Certification or proficiency in the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).</li>\n <li>Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous experience working as a bilingual speech-language pathologist in a school or educational setting.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques in both English and the target language.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and documentation.</li>\n <li>Experience in teletherapy or online speech-language therapy services (preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package</li>\n <li>Flexible work arrangements</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li>\n <li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer:</p>\n<p>E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
