The right candidate will be responsible for assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in coordinating the activities of projects to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. %0A%0A %0A%0A Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. %0A%0A %0A %0A Work to obtain all necessary permits as requested %0A %0A Ensure contracts, insurance, and bonds are current and received before subcontractor performs any work on site. Follow up and escalate any issues as necessary %0A %0A Prepare and assist with all project meeting agendas and associated attachments, including pre-installation meetings %0A %0A Produce and maintain all meeting minutes for publishing to project team %0A Distribute all short interval and overall project schedules. Ensure subcontractors have current scopes of work. Assist Project Manager in the development of the overall project schedule %0A Review drawings and specifications in order to identify long lead times and critical path items for project %0A Draft, submit, track, and distribute all RFIs to team members as appropriate %0A Pursue and monitor submittals and track deliveries of materials. Verify all submittal conformity to plans & specifications %0A Collect Superintendent and subcontractor’s daily reports including weekly project pictures and safety documentation. Review project documentation and inform Project Manager of incomplete items or deficiencies %0A Review and code budget line Items, change orders, and invoices.
