The 401 Group of Companies is seeking a creative, highly organized, and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing department at our head office. Reporting into our RV, Marine, and Powersports marketing leadership, the successful candidate will support and help advance integrated marketing initiatives across these brands, contributing throughout the full design lifecycle, from initial concept to asset creation. Assisting the Marketing Manager with their execution of campaigns through platforms like Google, Meta, SnapChat, and TikTok. Location - 2200 Eagle St N, Cambridge ON Department - Marketing Reports to Marketing Manager – RV, Marine & Powersports, and Director of Marketing About the role This is a junior-level position well suited to a candidate with one to two years of marketing experience, with a focus on design, who is seeking to join a larger team and continue developing as a well-rounded marketer. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong creative and strategic thinking, and brings a collaborative approach to executing campaigns across multiple channels. Campaign Development & Execution Support existing team members in  creating  Google and Meta Ad campaign  assets . Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and  optimize  campaigns tailored to each brand segment. Develop and execute design elements for multi-channel initiatives, including social media, PPC advertising, email marketing, websites,  print   and SMS campaigns. Maintain brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing collateral,  adhering to multiple brand guidelines at all times . Leverage AI-driven processes, applications, and tools to enhance workflow efficiency, accelerate content creation, and  optimize  campaign performance. Content Creation & Management Create and manage high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and email and SMS campaigns. Produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional content as  required . Coordinate photography and videography requests with the relevant locations. Brand Management & Development Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and voice across all customer touchpoints. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to  identify  opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaboration & Team Support Partner with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the  timely  delivery of projects. Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Education:  Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience:  One to two years of experience in a marketing role, ideally one involving regular, hands-on work  creating social media content, print designs, or website banners. Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and content creation. Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency  with marketing tools such as  Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design tools is  required . Hands-on experience with  Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms. Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
