We are looking exclusively for a candidate who has experience designing fitness equipment or a background in biomechanical engineering.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mechanical design and materials specifications of parts and assemblies of all new and existing product.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Creative design of steel frames with integrated pivotal and structural components.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide piece part and assembly drawings for manufacture.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work as a part of a research and development team to create new, state of the art product from concept through production.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintaining engineering schedules and managing multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interfacing and conferring with other engineering personnel as well as several departments to resolve problems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To work with and respect disciplines of cross functional development team, identify, quantify and permanently resolve problems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To handle simultaneous tasks where deadlines may be tight.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To positively communicate with customers (internal and external), to address needs promptly and to follow through on commitments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To focus on design/aesthetics along with quality and character of end-user experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Additional Duties as Assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum&nbsp;of 3 years Mechanical Design experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in SolidWorks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to follow the mechanical design process and instructions.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fitness equipment design/engineering experience a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The use of FEA, kinematics and tolerance analysis software is a plus</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About Us:&nbsp;</strong>At HOIST Fitness, we combine innovation with passion to drive success.
