    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Position Summary:&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The Counter Sales Representative is the face of our Milwaukee branch, serving as a trusted resource for mechanical and plumbing contractors at the Will Call counter. This role combines technical product knowledge with exceptional customer service to help customers find the right pipe, valve, and fitting (PVF) solutions quickly and accurately. The Counter Sales Representative provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers and demonstrates strict confidentiality with all team members while serving as an ambassador of our culture.&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Essential Functions:&nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide outstanding service to walk-in and call-in customers by recommending appropriate PVF products and solutions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Troubleshoot customer applications and answer technical product questions with confidence and accuracy.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Process cash, check, and credit card transactions using CSD/TWL and point-of-sale systems.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Prepare routine reports and maintain accurate sales records.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Load, pack, and stage products for customer pickup, ensuring accuracy and care in handling materials.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Operate warehouse equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, and shrink wrap machines as needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist with warehouse operations and inventory support when required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Operate fabrication equipment as business needs dictate.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Adhere to all company safety rules, standards, and guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Perform other duties as assigned &nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</span>:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Strong knowledge in pipes, valves and fittings.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with both internal team members and external customers.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Positive, team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Solid mathematical skills for order accuracy and transactions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to communicate in English with regard to the essential functions of the position.</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Required Experience and Education:&nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">High School Diploma or GED.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Three (3) years of PVF distribution experience preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Previous experience with CSD/TWL systems preferred but not required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Point-of-sale system experience preferred but not required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Prior forklift experience preferred but not required (training available).</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Physical Demands:</span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> </span></strong></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Requires visual, hearing and speech acuity.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Exposure to extreme temperatures and elements, noise, and fumes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to use hands to operate office equipment.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
