      "content": "<div>\n<div>BASIC FUNCTION</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>In this role, you will assist the Engineering team with all activities concerned with the general operation and maintenance work of the mechanical, electrical and craft services and working team member within these functions.</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>• Handles special work assignments and trouble calls.</div>\n<div>• Adhere to quality levels and standard practices for all work performed.</div>\n<div>• Learn and follow appropriate safety regulations.</div>\n<div>• Conduct regular inspections, report findings and report to the Chief Engineer and/or PM.</div>\n<div>• Perform any additional duties as directed by the Chief Engineer such as lighting, restroom, plumbing, equipment, etc.</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Overall responsibility for the following functions and tasks:</strong></div>\n<div>Operation of:</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>• HVAC Systems (filters)</div>\n<div>• Water Treatment Procedures (cooling tower cleaning)</div>\n<div>• Electrical Equipment (lighting) Specifically, the Maintenance Technician will perform the following duties:</div>\n<div>• Repair/replacement of lamps, ballasts, drivers.</div>\n<div>• Repair/replacement of restroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures.</div>\n<div>• Assist with mechanical preventative maintenance tasks.</div>\n<div>• Work closely with landscaping/janitorial and assist when/where needed.</div>\n<div>• Maintain a clean and safe work area(s).</div>\n<div>• Identify best practices regarding MT duties and discuss with supervisor regularly.</div>\n<div>• Maintain a clear line of written and verbal communication with Chief as well as PM</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>We are looking for someone that can be available to start immediately and are actively interviewing for this role!</div>\n</div>"
