    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;  padding-left: 48px\">\n  <li><span><span>Design and implement marine electrical and automation control systems from requirement analysis to commissioning.</span></span></li>\n  <li><span><span>Review project scope, specifications, and electrical design requirements to meet timelines and quality standards.</span></span></li>\n  <li><span><span>Develop functional design documents, diagrams, and test plans (functional &amp; non-functional).</span></span></li>\n  <li><span><span>Perform system verification, validation, troubleshooting, and debugging.</span></span></li>\n  <li><span><span>Provide post-production and field support by resolving complex technical issues.</span></span></li>\n  <li><span><span>Ensure compliance with marine regulatory standards such as DNV, ABS, CCS, and other relevant statutory requirements.</span></span></li>\n  <li><span><span>Coordinate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams through verbal and written communication.</span></span></li>\n  <li><span><span>Capture and understand Voice of Customer (VOC) requirements and translate them into functional system designs.</span></span></li>\n  <li><span><span>Generate and report project metrics as per EIC-Pune and/or Business Unit guidelines.</span></span></li>\n  <li><span><span>Contribute to organizational initiatives and continuous improvement programs.</span></span></li>\n  <li><span><span>Perform product and system-level testing in engineering laboratories following safety guidelines.</span></span></li>\n  <li>\n   <p><span><span>Lead projects independently.</span></span></p></li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n  &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Who You Are:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span><span>As a Lead / Sr. Engineer – Electrical &amp; Automation, you take ownership of challenging engineering design and commissioning tasks, ensuring high-quality and timely project execution.
