A quick snapshot … As part of the COO organization, the Integration and Transformation Manager drives high-priority cross-functional initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and support strategic growth. This role plays a central role in coordinating enterprise transformation programs, leading the Integration Management Office (IMO) during acquisitions, and enabling leadership with structured insights, reporting, and execution support. You will operate as a strategic partner to the COO, bringing clarity to complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders across the organization, and ensuring that critical programs move from strategy to execution. Why it’s a big deal… This role sits at the center of how strategy becomes execution. You will help shape and operationalize key company priorities - from acquisition integration to enterprise initiatives, while working closely with senior leadership across the business. Success in this role means bringing structure to ambiguity, building alignment across teams, and ensuring that critical initiatives deliver measurable impact. Your work will directly influence operational performance, executive decision-making, and how effectively the company scales through growth and transformation. Here’s what we’re looking for... Strategic Program & Initiative Leadership – Drive high-priority initiatives sponsored by the COO that improve operational performance, scalability, and cross-functional alignment. Translate strategic objectives into structured execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Integration Management Office (IMO) Leadership – Support acquisition integration efforts by operating the Integration Management Office. Lead integration planning, and post-acquisition execution across functional teams, ensuring clear ownership, milestone tracking, and executive visibility. Executive Operating Rhythm – Lead the planning and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other executive operating cadences. Develop clear, data-driven narratives and materials that help leadership evaluate performance, identify risks, and prioritize strategic actions. Program Governance & Execution Discipline – Establish program structures that enable transparency and accountability across complex initiatives. Track dependencies, manage risks, and ensure teams remain aligned to key milestones and outcomes. Executive Reporting & Decision Support – Develop board-ready and executive-level presentations, analyses, and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. Synthesize complex data and inputs into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence – Work closely with leaders and teams across Product, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other functions to drive alignment and execution. Influence stakeholders across levels of the organization without direct authority. Analytical & Structured Problem Solving – Bring a structured, analytical approach to ambiguous problems—breaking down complex issues, identifying root causes, and helping teams implement practical solutions that deliver measurable impact. Change & Transformation Enablement – Support organizational change initiatives by helping teams adopt new processes, operational frameworks, and ways of working that improve efficiency and scalability. Here’s what will give you an edge… Experience in Structured Problem-Solving Environments- Early career experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, corporate strategy, or operational excellence roles where you developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exposure to Executive Stakeholders- Experience preparing materials or analyses for senior leadership, executive teams, or board-level discussions. Integration or Transformation Experience- Exposure to acquisition integration, large cross-functional transformation initiatives, or enterprise-wide program management. Strong Analytical & Financial Acumen- Ability to analyze operational and financial data, build structured insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations. SaaS / Technology Company Experience- Understanding of SaaS business models, operational metrics, and growth dynamics is a plus. Program Management Expertise- Familiarity with program and portfolio management frameworks, including planning, risk management, and cross-team coordination. Tools & Data Fluency- Comfort working with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and program management platforms to drive insight and execution.
