Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Establishes a pleasant rapport with internal and external guests.</li>\n <li>Responsible for knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards.</li>\n <li>Responsible for thorough knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their proper preparation, and ongoing knowledge of new drink trends.</li>\n <li>Responsible for mixing and serving beverages directly to bar patrons as well as in a service station capacity to beverage/food servers as venue requires.</li>\n <li>Accurate and efficiently uses POS system.</li>\n <li>Tracks usage and inventory and orders stock to maintain established pars.</li>\n <li>Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake following RAMP guidelines.</li>\n <li>Keeps work area neat and clean in accordance with all PA Department of Health standards.</li>\n <li>Restocks station for start of next shift at end of shift.</li>\n <li>Maintains well-groomed appearance in accordance with Food & Beverage Grooming Standards at all times.</li>\n <li>Participates as a team member with all servers, barbacks and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.</li>\n <li>Declares tips through time and attendance system at the end of each shift.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have high School Diploma/GED.</li>\n <li>Six months or less of Bartender experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from guests. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to perform basic math skills. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, verbal, etc.). </li>\n <li>Must have basic computer knowledge; ability to operate POS systems. </li>\n <li>Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. </li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain proper food handler certification and RAMP certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Walking 5% of the time. </li>\n <li>Standing 75 % of the time. </li>\n <li>Bending and lifting 20% of the time. </li>\n <li>Lifting/moving maximum of 70 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
