This role offers a unique opportunity for a licensed clinician to combine their clinical expertise with their leadership skills, contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality psychological care.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Provide administrative oversight of day-to-day operations of psychological services.</li><li>Support Psychological Consultants to the regional center and ensure best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise students in psychology programs and provide appropriate supervision hours if applicable to staff completing clinical degrees in psychology.</li><li>Complete psychological evaluations and assessments, including eligibility determinations for regional center services.&nbsp;</li><li>Review psychological evaluations and school records for eligibility.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary teams for eligibility.</li><li>Represent Regional Center at administrative hearings as it relates to eligibility.&nbsp;</li><li>Support Service Coordinators in monitoring progress in services and assists with interagency documentation.</li><li>Provide training to staff and service providers.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with documentation for other agencies (e.g., IHSS, SSI).</li><li>Consult with regional center staff, the service providers, and other vendors regarding the needs of the individuals served.</li><li>Participate in team conferences and review assessments and intervention plans completed by other providers/agencies.</li><li>Provide resource and referral information to Individuals served and/or their representatives when appropriate.</li><li>May provide services at the individuals residence, ensuring a natural setting for the individual served.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform additional duties that support departmental and organizational goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>",
