The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office operations. This role supports internal teams with scheduling, documentation, and communication needs, including administrative support for workers’ compensation and safety/compliance activities. What You’ll Do Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings. Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external partners. Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed. Maintain office supplies and coordinate ordering as necessary. Assist with tracking, organizing, and maintaining workers’ compensation documentation and case files. Provide administrative support to the workers’ compensation and safety/compliance team. Coordinate appointments, communications, and documentation related to employee claims or cases. Maintain accurate and confidential records related to workers’ compensation and compliance activities. Support data entry, tracking logs, and file management for compliance-related reporting. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-up. Assist with meeting coordination, including preparing agendas and taking notes. Ensure accurate and organized documentation in shared systems or files. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive personnel and organizational information. What You Bring Core Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred Experience supporting office operations. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with document management and electronic filing systems. Use of scheduling and calendar management tools.
