In this role, you will lead by example, ensure operational excellence, and support the Store Manager in all areas of the business.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Responsibilities as Assistant Store Manager</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee and manage all store areas, including Front of House, Back of House, and Visual Merchandising.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify commercial opportunities, set clear sales targets, and communicate them effectively to the team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve outstanding performance together.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure smooth operational processes, including efficient stock management, ordering, and product flow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Act as a role model for premium customer service and ensure every consumer enjoys a positive shopping experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">2–3 years of experience in a comparable retail leadership role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong passion for retail and the Nike brand.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Fluency in Dutch and English (B2 level).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">If you do not hold the nationality of an EU member state, you must be in possession of a valid work permit.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We’re committed to creating an environment where you can learn, grow, and thrive.
