Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for fostering a fun environment</li>\n <li>Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers</li>\n <li>Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events</li>\n <li>Serve as the on-duty EMT qualified Security Officer to provide emergency medical care such as first aid, AED, and CPR as necessary.</li>\n <li>Acting as liaison between EMS, fire and law enforcement agencies responding to requests for assistance;</li>\n <li>Provides comfort and reassurance to ill or injured guests, treats and administers first aid</li>\n <li>Provide security on assigned casino or landing area:  maintains high visibility, handles problem situations, watches for safety hazards</li>\n <li>Patrol of parking lots</li>\n <li>Provide security escorts for all monetary transfers, fills, and credit</li>\n <li>Oversee customer boarding and disembarking:  provide crowd control, direct traffic, check I.D., check for cameras, bottles and other items not allowed on Casino floor</li>\n <li>Provide assistance to customers:  give directions, call cabs, assist with car trouble, etc</li>\n <li>Provide special assistance to disabled patrons as necessary</li>\n <li>Assist with slot drops</li>\n <li>Observe hard count crew doing the slot drop and transports tokens to hard count room</li>\n <li>Provide assistance for table drop by providing drop boxes, observing the count, and securing drop boxes in soft count room</li>\n <li>Monitor all entry and exit from hard count, soft count, and vault, and maintains logs of these activities</li>\n <li>Serve as dispatcher</li>\n <li>Dispatch other officers to various assignments and maintains activity log sheets</li>\n <li>Watch and record monitors</li>\n <li>Write detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure</li>\n <li>Testify in court on behalf of state gaming boards</li>\n <li>Occasionally, strenuous physical activity is required</li>\n <li>Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements</li>\n <li>Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies</li>\n <li>Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter</li>\n <li>Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner</li>\n <li>Any reasonable request made by your supervisor or any management personnel</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a valid, unexpired EMT certification</li>\n <li>Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude</li>\n <li>Must enjoy hosting others</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests</li>\n <li>Must be a minimum of 21 years of age</li>\n <li>High school diploma or G.E.D.  Preferably six months related experience and/or training</li>\n <li>Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in vary work areas such as confined spaces</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
