The RN is responsible for the coordination of the patient’s care.</p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Education &amp; Experience:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. *&nbsp; BSN or MSN graduates preferred</li>\n <li>*Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement:&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Hired on or before May 31, 2013 -- IMC</li>\n <li>Hired on or before August 4, 2015 – IMCW</li>\n <li>Hired on or before May 31, 2023 – IMCM</li>\n <li>High quality of nursing competence and basic leadership skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Certification/Licensure: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess and maintain a current license in the State of New Jersey as a Registered Nurse.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>BLS required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>ACLS required within 6 months of hire.</li>\n <li>Critical Care Course required within 12 months of hire.</li>\n <li>Dysrhythmia course required within 6 months of hire.</li>\n <li>National Certification in area of specialty preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>8 hours of stroke education required annually</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mental capacity to perform responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Able to walk briskly, stand and lean over.</li>\n <li>Able to lift moderate weight.</li>\n <li>Has quick reaction to prevent injury to&nbsp;patient or self.</li>\n <li>Able to perform duties listed in LPN-N/A job&nbsp;description when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS INFORMATION:</strong></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.inspirahealthnetwork.org/employee-benefits-staff\" target=\"_blank\">Click Here to Review Our Great Benefits Offerings</a></p>",
