Description The Care Team Hospice is seeking an experienced and compassionate  Regional Clinical Director to support and lead clinical excellence across our hospice locations. This is a high-impact leadership role for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational support within hospice care. As a Regional Clinical Director, you will partner closely with leadership teams to assess clinical performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support agencies in achieving strong quality and compliance outcomes. This role will serve as a key clinical resource for branch leadership, providing guidance related to hospice regulations, documentation, patient care, survey readiness, education, and overall clinical operations. We are looking for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident supporting multiple locations across a region. The ideal candidate will have strong hospice leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach and mentor teams while driving accountability and continuous improvement.
