We specialise in delivering high-impact data solutions across Data Management, Data Governance, Cloud Data Platforms, AI Enablement, and Advanced Analytics.</p>\n<p>Headquartered in Sydney with offices across the UK, Europe, and APAC, Billigence partners with organisations to design and implement modern data capabilities that drive better decision-making and business outcomes.</p>\n<p>Our teams work on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes across industries including retail, financial services, and technology.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced Data Management Lead to support a strategic data programme through to September 2026.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role will focus on improving the quality, governance, structure, and operational management of workforce and colleague data used across labour scheduling, workforce planning, and operational decision-making processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology functions to establish scalable and trusted data management practices within a large enterprise environment.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What you'll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead data management initiatives focused on colleague and labour scheduling data domains</li>\n<li>Improve data quality, consistency, governance, and ownership across workforce-related datasets</li>\n<li>Work closely with operational, HR, technology, and analytics teams to support critical business initiatives</li>\n<li>Help establish scalable governance processes and data management standards</li>\n<li>Support data remediation, lineage, metadata, and stewardship activities</li>\n<li>Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams</li>\n<li>Identify and address data challenges impacting workforce planning and operational reporting</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to improve data flows and controls</li>\n<li>Support the wider enterprise data strategy through effective governance and data management practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What you'll need:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience delivering Data Management or Data Governance initiatives within enterprise organisations</li>\n<li>Experience working with workforce, HR, colleague, or operational data domains is highly beneficial</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of data quality, governance, lineage, metadata, and stewardship principles</li>\n<li>Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders</li>\n<li>Experience operating within complex transformation environments</li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while driving delivery across multiple teams</li>\n<li>Retail or large-scale operational environment experience is advantageous</li>\n<li>Familiarity with modern enterprise data platforms and governance tooling is beneficial</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Inclusion and equal opportunities</span></p>\n<p>Billigence is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
