Our customers are primarily General Contractors (GCs), waterproofing/roofing contractors, and commercial facilities owners. Competitive salary commensurate with experience, a Bonus program, full benefit package including health insurance and 401k.</p><p>*This Role requires 30% Travel or more to oversee projects and corporate training as needed</p><p>*Hybrid Job – with 80% of time required in the office or onsite.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Document Management: Load Project documents into various systems</li><li>Thorough review of construction project documents, including specifications, drawings, and details.</li><li>Attend Scope Reviews, Pre-Con Meetings and Site Visits.</li><li>Develop Weekly Schedules, Budgets, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Purchase Orders</li><li>Communicate weekly with general contractors and other customers.</li><li>Collaborating with our estimator, sales team, and other staff, to enable successful transfer of the project from Estimating to Project Management upon close of the Sale</li><li>Complete monthly pay applications/invoicing</li><li>Lead weekly staff meetings with team</li><li>Manage Change Orders, RFI’s, RFPs, and Subcontractors</li><li>Manage risk by identifying potential problems early and implementing effective solutions</li><li>Schedule internal and external resources per the agreed upon project timeline.</li><li>Line out Field Supervisor and Teams – While projecting schedule and timelines of installation</li><li>Oversee all warranty and closeout information</li><li>All other duties as directed.</li></ul>",
