This responsibility encompasses profitability, employee relations and customer relations.</p><p><br><span style=\"font-family: &quot;&quot;;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></span><br>• Directly supervise all Beverage personnel and operations during assigned shifts.<br>• Ensure all activities and job duties are performed according to established company and departmental policies, procedures and goals.<br>• Properly schedule employees in accordance with customer volumes.<br>• Resolve customer claims or other disputes between subordinate employees in a fair and patient manner.<br>• Seek ways in which to reduce departmental operating costs without affecting the quality of beverage or service.<br>• Keep the Beverage Manager informed of all pertinent information and irregularities occurring in the Beverage Department.<br>• Make sure prompt, courteous service is consistently provided to all customers and that employees conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.<br>• Interact effectively with all other departments.</p><p><br><span style=\"font-family: &quot;&quot;;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span><br>• Work requires prior bartending/beverage experience.<br>• Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.<br>• Work requires a minimum of 1 year Beverage Supervisory experience<br>• Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.<br>• Must present a neat and professional appearance.<br>• Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.<br>• Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.<br>PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:<br>Fast paced, high volume environment involving constant interaction with staff and public. Shifts may vary based on business needs. Must be able to handle intoxicated guests in a professional manner. Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke.</p>",
