Manager in directing and coordinating the daily activities and development of Material Control personnel engaged in the manufacturing, shipping, and secondary operations of medical device components.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Leads and coordinates daily Material Control, packing, and shipping activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant movement of materials and customer orders.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Aligns Material Control priorities with production and shipping schedules through close collaboration with Production, Quality, Customer Support, and Logistics.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Serves as a key communication link between the team and management, escalating risks or changes that may impact cost, schedule, quality, or customer experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Provides performance feedback and operational input related to material flow, shipping execution, and process adherence to the Supply Chain Manager to support employee development.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Oversees inter‑company and external shipments to ensure proper receipt, documentation, system accuracy, and on‑time delivery.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ensures shipping, customs, and trade documentation is prepared accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Supports resolution of shipment discrepancies, carrier issues, and customs delays to minimize operational and customer impact.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Coordinates daily work assignments and workflow for Material Control personnel, providing hands‑on guidance and problem‑solving support.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Supports inventory integrity through accurate records, material handling practices, and participation in physical inventory activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Maintains adherence to standard operating procedures and supports updates and continuous improvement of Material Control processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:
