The primary objective is to ensure accurate financial recording, control, and analysis, while guaranteeing compliance with Mexican tax regulations and internal policies. The role is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial records and delivering reliable information to support strategic decision-making.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsabilidades Principales / Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESPAÑOL:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liderar y supervisar el registro y clasificación de operaciones contables</li>\n<li>Elaborar y validar conciliaciones bancarias periódicas</li>\n<li>Gestionar cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar</li>\n<li>Validar CFDI y documentación fiscal conforme a lineamientos del SAT</li>\n<li>Coordinar el resguardo digital de la documentación contable y fiscal</li>\n<li>Preparar y consolidar información para cierres contables mensuales</li>\n<li>Elaborar reportes financieros y análisis para la dirección</li>\n<li>Preparar documentación para auditorías y revisiones fiscales</li>\n<li>Garantizar cumplimiento de la normativa fiscal mexicana vigente</li>\n<li>Proponer mejoras en procesos contables y controles financieros</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ENGLISH:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and oversee accounting records and transaction classification</li>\n<li>Prepare and validate bank reconciliations</li>\n<li>Manage accounts payable and receivable processes</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with SAT regulations and CFDI documentation</li>\n<li>Maintain organized digital accounting records</li>\n<li>Prepare and consolidate monthly closing information</li>\n<li>Develop financial reports and analysis for management</li>\n<li>Support audits and tax reviews</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations</li>\n<li>Identify and implement process improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Perfil Profesional / Required Profile</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESPAÑOL:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública (preferiblemente titulado)</li>\n<li>Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años liderando procesos contables</li>\n<li>Conocimiento sólido de normativa fiscal mexicana y SAT</li>\n<li>Experiencia en cierres contables y conciliaciones</li>\n<li>Manejo de sistemas contables y Excel</li>\n<li>Nivel de inglés conversacional (requerido)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ENGLISH:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)</li>\n<li>3–5 years of experience in accounting</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and SAT compliance</li>\n<li>Experience with monthly closings and reconciliations</li>\n<li>Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel</li>\n<li>Professional English proficiency required (ability to participate in meetings, read and write, and communicate effectively in a business environment).
