We design, engineer, and produce cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, conduit assemblies, custom connectors, wire enclosures and much more!</p><p>&nbsp;We are privately held American owned Small Business made up of five (5) vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly divisions, each with their own history, specializations and products.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\">SUMMARY OF POSITION:</p><p>The Manual Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating conventional (manual) machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders to produce precision metal parts. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and adherence to quality and safety standards.</p><p>Key Performance Indictors: List two to five measurable tasks that are key to indicating the performance level in this role:</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Set up and operate manual machining equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>10+ years of experience operating manual machining equipment&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
