Serving as the key administrative and clinical decision-maker, you’ll provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across the organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role also maintains a strong hands-on component, floating as a bedside nurse to medical–surgical units across the three Quad City campuses based on skill level. As a member of the interdisciplinary care team, you’ll apply advanced nursing knowledge and clinical expertise while fostering a practice environment grounded in the ANA Code of Ethics, UnityPoint Health’s Philosophy of Nursing, and the Professional Nurse Practice Model.
