This role focuses on table-top welding and repeat production work, requiring exceptional weld quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate is an advanced-level welder with extensive experience in shop-based production welding, capable of performing FCAW (Flux Core), GMAW (MIG), and GTAW (TIG) welding at a high level with little to no supervision. This position requires the ability to consistently produce high-quality, multi-pass welds, handle more complex weldments, and meet or exceed quality standards with minimal to no rework.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role is suited for individuals who demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship, strong productivity, and the ability to maintain consistent output in a fast-paced production environment while supporting team development and setting a strong example of workmanship and professionalism.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform FCAW (Flux Core), GMAW (MIG), and GTAW (TIG) welding on a variety of materials in a shop environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Execute table-top fabrication and welding in a controlled production setting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consistently produce high-quality welds that meet or exceed quality standards with minimal to no rework</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform multi-pass welds on both standard and complex weldments with proper bead placement and sequencing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain first-time quality standards and support overall shop efficiency</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welds to meet production and quality expectations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interpret and execute work instructions, blueprints, and weld symbols with minimal supervision</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain productivity levels to meet or exceed daily and weekly production goals</li><li EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">8+ years of welding experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2+ years of shop-based welding experience (fabrication shop preferred)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of five (5) welding certifications across multiple welding processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be proficient in FCAW (Flux Core) and GMAW (MIG) welding processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced GTAW (TIG) welding capability required, including work on carbon steel and stainless steel</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience welding additional materials such as copper-nickel and aluminum is highly desirable and may be required based on production needs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to consistently produce high-quality, multi-pass welds with minimal to no rework</li><li
