    "description": "<p>We are looking for a UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Analyst who will develop and execute user acceptance test plans to identify problems with end-to-end business outcomes within the software, configuration, etc. to ensure successful test results align with business expectations. In this role, the analyst must have excellent problem-solving skills, along with keen attention to detail and outstanding written and oral communication abilities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We have one full-time position available and the opportunity to bring on part-time employees on a six-month contract basis. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities of an UAT Analyst:</span></p>\n<p>* Developing, maintaining, and executing user test plans using automated and manual techniques.</p>\n<p>* Identifying and facilitating issue resolution with functional and technical groups.</p>\n<p>*Analyzing business problems and assessing how automation can be implemented to solve them.</p>\n<p>* Continuous validation so that the testing environment is updated to meet required data needs.</p>\n<p>* Documenting test results, tracking progress and defect resolution and working within required timelines to complete testing cycles.</p>\n<p>* Supports testing for all projects and required changes impacting systems.</p>\n<p>* Analyzing requirements to determine testing scope.</p>\n<p>* Collaboration with Business Analysts and development teams to resolve problems and recommend solutions when needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements of an UAT Analyst:</span></p>\n<p>*Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare (Health Insurance/Payer) industry. Knowledge in the Enrollment and Billing areas preferred.</p>\n<p>* Candidate must have experience writing SQL queries as well as functional and regression testing experience.</p>\n<p>* Ability to use testing software is a plus: Silk test, Jira, etc.</p>\n<p>* Knowledge of EDI transactions (834, 837, etc.) is a plus.</p>\n<p>* Ability to write analyze functional requirements, user stories and wireframes.</p>\n<p>* Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access.</p>\n<p>* Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication abilities a must.</p>\n<p>* Ability to manage multiple projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The full-time UAT Analyst position offers a competitive salary with a benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, Life, STD, LTD, 5 weeks PTO, and 10 paid Holidays for a full-time employee. Contracted employees would not be eligible for benefits. </p>",
