Description

Bailey’s Moving & Storage is a leading provider of residential and commercial relocation services. We specialize in local and long-distance moving, corporate relocations, and secure storage solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in generating revenue, expanding our business, and building lasting customer relationships. Salary: $75k with OTE of $100k -$150k. Position Overview The Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting company-provided B2C leads into booked moves while also prospecting for new B2B opportunities. This role requires a proactive professional who can engage with potential customers, close deals, and cultivate long-term business partnerships. This is a full-time position with benefits, considered salaried base for first 3-6 months and transitioning to a 100% commission-based structure after the 3-6 months assessment period is complete (or at the discretion of the Manager), offering high earning potential. Responsibilities B2C Sales: Engage with company-generated residential moving leads, provide accurate estimates, and close sales. B2B Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic plan to generate commercial moving and corporate relocation leads. Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend customized moving and storage solutions. Follow-Up & Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups, track progress in CRM, and drive conversions. Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with real estate agents, property managers, businesses, and referral partners. On-Site & Virtual Estimates: Conduct in-person or virtual assessments to provide accurate quotes. Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary. Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through inbound and outbound efforts. Qualifications Proven sales experience (moving industry experience preferred but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with technology, including iPad, email, Microsoft Teams, and CRM software. Reliable transportation with valid insurance meeting company requirements. Ability to access all military installations within the assigned sales territory. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Must be at least 18 years old. Self-motivated, highly driven, and eager to learn.
