font-size: 10pt\">Lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical building services activities across multiple projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage the delivery of M&amp;E packages from design through construction, commissioning, and handover</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain strong program control and monitor project progress against key milestones</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, contractors, and specialist consultants</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong background in mechanical and electrical building services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience delivering M&amp;E-led projects within commercial, residential, healthcare, or similar sectors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Significant on-site experience with strong knowledge of construction and installation processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience managing project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and multidisciplinary teams<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
