The successful candidate will work with the Production Management team to provide production, logistical and administrative support on our Live broadcast of the SailGP events. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assisting with organising shoots &amp; international OBs (Outside Broadcast) for a remote production</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Looking after all international &amp; UK travel arrangements for crew and production team onsite including booking flights and accommodation for staff and crew. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Travel management for SLT members </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assisting onsite logistics &amp; catering during event weeks including pre-event planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Liaising with freelance crew and suppliers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Managing uniform inventory for both onsite &amp; remote crews</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Raising purchase orders and processing invoices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assisting editorial team with post production paperwork</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Experience:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The candidate must have experience in the following: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working in Live TV broadcast as a Production Coordinator, with onsite OB and remote production Gallery experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Crew booking and logistics coordination across international productions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Confident in managing call sheets and creating risk assessments (to be overseen by the Production Team) for both OBs and shoots.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working with small and large crews with a strong knowledge of how international OBs and remote gallery productions are managed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Post production paperwork e.g Music Cue Sheets &amp; transcribing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent organisational skills with the ability to keep track of ever changing plans</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">About You:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong organisational and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Comfortable using Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace. Concur experience is beneficial. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to prioritise, comfortable working in a busy role across multiple projects with conflicting deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prior experience working in a live sports </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">An interest in sports production </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A desire to progress into a production management role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Comfortable working remotely</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Please note: </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The role may involve international travel to events, weekend working and flexible working hours.</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Location:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">SailGP Office in London, United Kingdom.
