This role is well suited to a creative, people-focused individual who enjoys storytelling, social media, and contributing positively within a veterinary clinic setting.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Social Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging and informative social media content that reflects Gateway Veterinary Services’ services, brand, and clinic culture. A key component of this role is creating educational content to support clients and promote the health and well-being of their animals.</p>\n<p>In addition, this position will contribute to client relations by offering ideas and feedback aimed at continuously improving the client experience and ensuring a welcoming, positive environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and publish social media content highlighting clinic products and services</li>\n<li>Develop social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure brand consistency</li>\n<li>Stay current with social media trends, internet culture, and platform-native tools</li>\n<li>Share behind-the-scenes clinic moments and team activities</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in strengthening client relationships and overall client experience</li>\n<li>Develop educational content to better support clients and their animals</li>\n<li>Analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement) to refine strategies and report findings</li>\n<li>Drive engagement on social platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in social media content creation</li>\n<li>Proficiency in video editing, photography, and graphic design</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools and content creation tools </li>\n<li>Commitment to education and positive client experiences</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team</li>\n<li>Passion for animals and meaningful community engagement</li>\n<li>Interest in contributing to the ongoing growth of the clinic’s social media presence</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A fast-paced, interactive, and team-oriented clinic environment</li>\n<li>Opportunities to be creative and make a meaningful impact</li>\n<li>Opportunities to learn and develop marketing and communication skills</li>\n<li>Hybrid style work environment available, with in clinic content gathering and remote work compilation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Experience in content creation is required.</p>\n<p>Wage is dependant on experience, production and skills, and can vary.
