Established in 1978 in the North of France, KIABI revolutionised off-the-peg fashion with the introduction of low-cost fashion for the whole family, a concept which had never been seen before.</p>\n<p>As a symbol of simplicity, universality and joy of living, KIABI proposes ranges that are created in France by an in-house team of 56 fashion designers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with clients in all areas of sales, providing a highly personalised approach</li>\n<li>Meet set sales targets</li>\n<li>Stock, replenish and clean sales areas</li>\n<li>Process payments of various kinds</li>\n<li>Offer guidance and suggest products specific to customers’ needs and requirements, utilising specialist product knowledge</li>\n<li>To package goods for customers in a professional manner</li>\n<li>Effectively handle customer complaints</li>\n<li>Monitor and update display areas</li>\n<li>Count and balance cash register and receipts</li>\n<li>Stamp or attach price tags on merchandise and/or checks tagged prices to verify accuracy referring to price list</li>\n<li>Check inventory periodically to obtain reorder information to replenish stock; inform designated staff member of stock requirements</li>\n<li>Check inventory listing with actual inventory on shelf and report discrepancies to line manager</li>\n<li>Ensure shop is always clean and tidy and displays are attractive</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core competencies, knowledge, and experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be able to communicate fluently in English</li>\n<li>Good organisational skills</li>\n<li>Well controlled and patient when dealing with clients</li>\n<li>Must be customer focused</li>\n<li>Must be flexible in approach, and able to work shifts</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer an attractive remuneration and benefits package, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary</li>\n<li>13th salary</li>\n<li>Bi-monthly performance-based bonus</li>\n<li>Provident fund participation following successful completion of a 6-month probation period</li>\n</ul>",
