The ideal candidate will design scalable architectures, integrate advanced AI solutions, and enable cutting-edge innovation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in orchestrating Large Language Models (LLMs), implementing prompt engineering strategies, and integrating vector databases for enterprise AI solutions.</p>\n<h1>Key Responsibilities</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and optimize scalable, high-performance architectures for enterprise applications.</li>\n <li>Review and modernize existing codebases for integration and performance improvements.</li>\n <li>Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for predictive, prescriptive analytics and unsupervised/reinforcement learning.</li>\n <li>Apply machine learning models on structured and unstructured data to deliver actionable insights.</li>\n <li>Architect data pipelines for advanced analytics and real-time processing.</li>\n <li>Ensure data quality, governance, and security across systems.</li>\n <li>Drive initiatives using Generative AI, Digital Twins and advanced NLP.</li>\n <li>Architect and implement LLM-powered applications leveraging LangChain, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.</li>\n <li>Design prompt engineering strategies for enterprise AI use cases.</li>\n <li>Explore emerging technologies like LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face to enhance automation and intelligent decision-making.</li>\n <li>Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation and innovation best practices.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Required Skills & Qualifications</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot for enterprise application development.</li>\n <li>Expertise in API design, development, and security best practices.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of Machine Algorithm models and Data Pipelines for enterprise scale.</li>\n <li>Experience with open-source frameworks and tools for AI, Data Science, and enterprise development.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in deploying and managing solutions on on-prem infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of security and compliance best practices for on-prem environments.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.</li>\n <li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Preferred Qualifications</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Data Science or related field.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in solution architecture with at least 2 - 3 years in AI/ML projects.</li>\n <li>Certifications in Software Architecture, API Security or AI/ML are a plus.</li>\n <li>Experience in architecting hybrid solutions combining on-prem and cloud deployments.</li>\n <li>Experience in building AI agents and conversational systems using LangChain or similar frameworks.</li>\n <li>Contributions to open-source projects or communities are a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
