Our collaborative culture and our innovative, sustainable approach to projects help us create buildings that matter to our world. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <p>Together, we are enhancing the quality of life globally through design.&nbsp;</p>\n <p>Join us and design your place with Stantec.&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<p><strong>Your Opportunity</strong></p>\n<p>Stantec's Berkley, MI office is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer who will be able to apply electrical engineering principals and superior client service skills to cultivate and deliver projects that exceed expectations.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This individual strategically evaluates opportunities and challenges and incorporates well-developed consulting and technical skills into each client interaction.</li>\n <li>Nurtures existing client relationships and proactively pursues opportunities for new business.</li>\n <li>Leads engineering duties on multiple projects of various complexity including data collection and information gathering to support design decisions.</li>\n <li>Conducts interpretations of drawings, codes, and other similar materials.</li>\n <li>Performs calculations to analyze and design individual building electrical system components using company standard software and proprietary manufacturer software including power. systems studies such as arc flash, short circuit, and coordination studies.</li>\n <li>Leads the preparation and coordination of the project specifications with construction documents.</li>\n <li>Works with architectural, interior, and other engineering disciplines in the coordination of the project.</li>\n <li>Assists with developing and managing the project scope, budget, staffing and schedule.</li>\n <li>Performs field work such as field investigation, as-building and construction site observations.</li>\n <li>Leads project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor, sub-contractors, and vendors.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and/or Principal-in-Charge.</li>\n <li>Serves as a trainer, mentor, and resource to others.</li>\n <li>Assists in the development of new standards and specifications for the electrical group.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
