    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a <strong>Registered Nurse - Health Educator Lead </strong>at <strong>Naval Medical Center San Diego </strong>in <strong>California</strong>.  This position offers:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full time, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0600-2100 hours.</li>\n <li>Shifts provided on Monday through Friday will normally be scheduled for an 8.5-to-9-hour period, to include an uncompensated 30-to-60-minute lunch break, respectively.</li>\n <li>On occasion, services may be required on Saturday or Sunday, between the hours of 0700-1300 for a 5.5-hour shift.</li>\n <li>Shifts may also be provided Monday through Friday up to a 11.5-to-12-hour period to meet the business needs of the department. Shifts scheduled for a 12-hour duration of work, with an additional 60-minute uncompensated meal break provided during the shift.</li>\n <li>In no instance will the HCW be required to provide services more than 80 hours per two-week period.</li>\n <li>Opportunity to care for our Military men and women</li>\n <li>Salary to be determined but in the range of $35-$45.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The<strong> RN Health Educator Lead </strong>position requires:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Promotion, Education, Community/Public Health or Wellness, or a Health Science related field from an accredited university.</p></li>\n <li>Possess at least four years of full-time experience as a health educator working with Health Promotions and Wellness campaigns to include tobacco/nicotine cessation, diabetes prevention/management, weight management, stress management, sleep psychoeducation, nutrition, exercise, heart health, or disease management/prevention.</li>\n <li>Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)</li>\n <li><p>Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice as a clinic nurse in any state, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>FMI contact:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Joseph Day</p>\n<p>Recruiter</p>\n<p>314-744-4138</p>\n<p>[email protected]</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Company Overview: </strong></p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
