You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized treatment plans and ensure the safety and well-being of our patients throughout their TMS therapy sessions.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct initial patient assessments to determine suitability for TMS therapy</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.</li><li>Perform TMS therapy sessions according to established protocols and safety standards</li><li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary</li><li>Document patient responses and treatment outcomes accurately and comprehensively</li><li>Collaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes</li><li>Educate patients and their families about TMS therapy and answer any questions or concerns they may have</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Certified Medical Assistant - Required</li><li>Certification or training in TMS administration preferred but willing to train the right candidate</li><li>EHR (Athena) experience highly preferred</li><li>Previous experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with individuals experiencing mental health disorders</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others</li><li>Willingness to undergo background checks and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and licensure requirements&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
