    "description": "<p>• Multiple shifts open</p>\n<p>• Reports to the Operations Supervisor</p>\n<p>• Oversee all client safety and security while on shift</p>\n<p>• Maintain positive and professional rapport with client community</p>\n<p>• Maintain an accurate count of clients in your care at all times</p>\n<p>• Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled counts</p>\n<p>• Participate in pre/post shift debriefings</p>\n<p>• Prepare written reports (Incident Reports, Statements, etc.)</p>\n<p>• Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies</p>\n<p>• Assist with admission and discharge of clients</p>\n<p>• Investigate incidents and report findings</p>\n<p>• Responsible for urine collection and testing</p>\n<p>• Conduct facility and client searches</p>\n<p>• Review changes to facility policies and procedures</p>\n<p>• Transport clients to and from work sites or outside appointments</p>\n<p>• Confront and discipline client behavior problems and provide rewards for positive behaviors</p>\n<p>• Dispense medication</p>\n<p>• Process client request forms</p>\n<p>• Relay pertinent information up and down chain of command</p>\n<p>• Process client mail</p>\n<p>• Maintain facility cleanliness</p>\n<p>• Maintain annual training requirements</p>\n<p>• Maintain daily logs</p>\n<p>• Record client behaviors, movement and control</p>\n<p>• Oversee client orientation class</p>\n<p>• Lead and instruct recreational activities, classes, workshops, topic groups etc.</p>\n<p>• All other duties deemed necessary by the Executive Director</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Required Minimum Experience:</p>\n<p>• Must be able to grasp and apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other program ideologies.</p>\n<p>• Must have a valid driver’s license.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Minimum Education:</p>\n<p>• High School Diploma/GED</p>",
