    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>2ND SHIFT (MONDAY-THURSDAY OR TUESDAY TO FRIDAY, 4:00 PM TO 2:30 AM AND WEEKEND SHIFT (FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY)</p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong> The CMM Operator will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts daily. Commitment to and support of the Company Core Values are key to success in this position.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL&nbsp;DUTIES&nbsp;AND&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts daily.</li><li>Document and record inspection results and properly file hard and electronic copies.</li><li>Interpret drawings and schematics.</li><li>Initiate nonconformance reports (NCR&rsquo;s) for all nonconforming material.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform inspections using the microscope.</li><li>Perform first-article reports using various inspection tools.</li><li>Follow customer specifications to satisfy the inspection requirements of the drawing or work order instructions</li><li>Work closely with the Quality Control Supervisor and Scheduling Manager for production flow.&nbsp;</li><li>Uphold the company core values</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</strong>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Successful accomplishment of duties and responsibilities may require the following:</p><ul><li>Must have the knowledge and experience necessary for the position.</li><li>Must be able to follow instructions and procedures and work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Must be capable of reading drawings and inspecting the work being performed.</li><li>Strong understanding of GD&amp;T.</li><li>Manual and/or CMM inspection experience.</li><li>Experience using Height Gauges, Micrometers, Calipers, and other inspection tools.</li><li>Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Knowledge of Epicor ERP 10 or similar Management/Manufacturing Information System.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High&nbsp;school&nbsp;diploma&nbsp;or general education&nbsp;degree&nbsp;(GED)</li><li>Minimum two years of experience with Calypso Software and Zeiss CMM; five years preferred</li></ul><p><strong>LANGUAGE&nbsp;SKILLS:</strong> Ability to speak and understand basic safety and manufacturing instructions.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers. Ability to multiply and divide with 10&rsquo;s and 100&rsquo;s.</p><p><strong>REASONING ABILITY:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.</p><p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong>: Authorization to work in the United States.
