    "description_html": "<div class=\"job_description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>This position is responsible for performing tests and troubleshooting products to ensure production and quality standards are met.<br><br>&#160;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform testing and final level debugging for production.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair failures; diagnose root cause and recommend corrective action.</li><li>Responsible for the procurement, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of test equipment.</li><li>Assist Test Engineers with NPI (new product introduction) test station setup and other processes including modeling, pre-pilot, and pilot runs.</li><li>Train Repair Technicians and Testers on new and existing testing procedures and product troubleshooting.</li><li>Analyze test correlation of RMA (return merchandise authorization) fallout and work with vendors to follow up with FA (failure analysis) results.</li><li>Report ORT (on-going reliability tests) and RDT (reliability demonstration tests) and escalate issues to Test&#160;Engineers.</li><li>Monitor and maintain testing station performance.</li><li>May rework products as a result of testing issues.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>&#160;<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have hands-on experience in computer hardware repair, troubleshooting, and installation</li><li>Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills</li><li>Knowledge of general programming languages, such as C/C++, Pearl, Java, and Labview, preferred</li><li>Must have a strong customer service/satisfaction attitude</li><li>Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment</li></ul>&#160;<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
