Help organisaties groeien met IT die wél werkt.
Bij Proxsys zoeken we een projectleider die het heerlijk vindt om orde te scheppen in IT-projecten. Iemand die geniet van een strakke planning, duidelijke verwachtingen en projecten die écht impact hebben op klanten van scholen en provincies tot zorginstellingen en mkb-organisaties. Bij ons krijg jij de regie, de ruimte en de ondersteuning om projecten voorspelbaar, professioneel en prettig te leiden.
Jouw rol: regisseur van onze IT-projecten
Als Projectleider IT ben jij degene die klanten door belangrijke IT-veranderingen loodst. Je begeleidt projecten als:
Onboarding van nieuwe organisaties op ons platform.
Microsoft 365, werkplek en cloudmigraties.
Security-implementaties.
Werkplek- en hardware vervangingen.
Netwerk of connectiviteitsprojecten
Je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat wanneer moet gebeuren, dat deadlines realistisch zijn en dat klanten zich gehoord en ontzorgd voelen. Je bent zichtbaar, bereikbaar, duidelijk en dat wordt enorm gewaardeerd.
Wat je gaat doen
Voorbereiding & Kick-off
Je neemt nieuwe projecten strak in regie: planning, scope, resources en verwachtingen.
Je stemt af met klanten, engineers, leveranciers en interne teams.
Je plant engineers, support en specialisten in op basis van capaciteit en prioriteit.
Je maakt van iedere kick-off een energiek, helder startpunt.
Realisatie & Coördinatie
Je bewaakt voortgang, stuurt dagelijks op resultaat en lost blokkades op.
Je coördineert migraties, cut-overs en changes.
Je houdt nauw contact met engineers: jij faciliteert, zij leveren topkwaliteit.
Je communiceert proactief met klanten en managet verwachtingen met vertrouwen.
Oplevering & Nazorg
Je verzorgt een strakke overdracht naar beheer.
Je leidt de evaluatie met de klant en borgt dat alles netjes is afgerond.
Je herkent verbetermogelijkheden en potentiële vervolgprojecten.

Salaris: €4.500 – €5.800 per maand.

requirements
Hbo-werk- en denkniveau.
Ervaring met IT-/MSP-projecten of complexe IT-uitroltrajecten.
Je houdt van structuur en bent sterk in organiseren.
Kennis van Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune of moderne werkplekconcepten.
Je hebt een duidelijke, proactieve “getting things done” mentaliteit.
Je communiceert helder en bent klantgericht.
