      "content": "\n<li>Associate’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, etc.).</li>\n<li>Experience in PCB assembly, soldering, and rework (fine-pitch components a plus).</li>\n<li>Basic programming skills (Python, MATLAB, or scripting for test automation).</li>\n<li>Understanding of ASICs, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.</li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and firmware.</li>\n<li>Ability to read schematics, layout files, and datasheets.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.</li>\n"
